The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.

Our practice accepts all major credit cards, Care Credit financing program, iCare financing, Proceed financing, check, and cash.

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork.

We utilize balance billing, which means we will submit all claims to your dental insurance company directly; we will pre-estimate your patient portion and collect the patient portion at the time of service. Dental insurance companies are increasingly attempting to deny claims to their members and keep your premiums for themselves, because of this we go above and beyond to thoroughly document the need for services with narratives, intraoral photographs, and preoperative and postoperative X-rays.

Financial Protocol

Thank you for choosing us as your dental care provider. We are committed to your treatment being successful. Please understand that payment of your bill is considered part of your treatment. The following is a statement of our financial protocol, which we require that you read and sign before any treatment. We hope this protocol will facilitate open communication and help avoid potential misunderstandings, allowing you to always make the best choices for your care.


Full payment of the patient portion is due at the time of service. We will submit an insurance claim for the services rendered to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. Please remember your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract (with the exception of AETNA and CIGNA). As a courtesy to you, our office provides certain services, including pre-estimates which we send to the insurance company at your request.

Please be aware some or perhaps all of the services provided may or may not be covered by your insurance policy. Any balance is your responsibility, whether or not your insurance company pays any portion.


I understand that I am responsible for all professional services rendered. This includes but is not limited to dental fees, surgical procedures, tests, office procedures, medications, and other services not directly provided by the dentist.

To schedule appointments for services with a fee over $750.00, we will require that you have a credit card on file at the time of scheduling. For our patients that do not have dental insurance, we have a membership plan for as low as $40.00 per month with our partner, Kleer.

For patients needing a monthly payment plan, we offer that option with our partner, Sunbit or Proceed.

Missed Appointments:

Please allow 48-hour notice for any cancellations. This will enable us to accommodate another patient waiting for treatment; if you give less than 24-hour notice, you may be charged $50.00 per appointment.
